Partner of Devon and Cornwall Victim Care Services

FacebookTwitter Logo

Mind in Exeter and East Devon is now a partner of Devon and Cornwall Victim Care Services.

 Victim Care Services

The Victim Care Unit is a service run by police to help people deal with and recover from the impact of crime. The service is a single point of contact for victims of crime. If you are a victim of crime then the service can provide an in-depth assessment of your needs and refer you to another organisation which will give you the best support. The service is still available even if your crime is not being actively investigated.

If you are a victim of crime and are using the Victim Care Unit service you will be contacted by a victim care officer. If appropriate, the victim care officer may refer you to Mind in Exeter and East Devon so that we can offer support. Mind in Exeter and East Devon can then provide you with emotional and practical support.

To access the Victim Care Unit: call 101

Devon & Cornwall police taser survey

You may have heard that Devon & Cornwall police propose to provide more officers across the force that will carry a taser.

Devon & Cornwall police would like to ask the public for feedback on these plans. We would like to take this opportunity to ask everyone to fill out a quick survey to provide your own view on the new plan. Every opinion counts and we would encourage everyone to take part.

Complete the online survey here:

Thank you for sharing your views.
